Ruane-TATI Sdn Bhd

First accredited training centre in Asia approved by The British Institute of Non Destructive Testing ( BINDT) as per:

• EN473:2000, EN 45013:1989 and ISO 9712:1999 standard requirement.
• EN473:2000 – General principles for qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
• EN45013:1989 – General criteria for certification bodies operating certification of personnel.
• ISO9712:2005 – NDT –Qualification and certification of personnel.
• Also accredited by National Vocational Training Council ( MLVK).

Therefore, RTSB is the first training and examination centre that accredited by both International and National bodies in providing quality and comprehensive training and examination in Non Destructive Testing and Inspection.

Established in January 1996 at Kolej Agama Sultan Zainal Abidin ( KUSZA), Gong Badak campus, Kuala Terengganu, RTSB is a collaboration between Terengganu Advanced Technical Institute ( TATI ) and Argyll-Ruane Ltd formerly known as Ruane & TP O’Neill, Rotherham, United Kingdom. August 1996, RTSB has moved to Shop lots at Bandar Pelancongan Pantai Kijal, nearby Awana Kijal, Kemaman, TERENGGANU.

 

July 2000, established as separate company from TATI, becoming Ruane - TATI Sdn. Bhd. ( RTSB ) Since 1st April 2003, RTSB was operated at K148/1A, Bangunan MPK, Simpang Empat Kijal, Kemaman, TERENGGANU after moving from Bandar Pelancongan Pantai Kijal.

 

Once again, on April 2007 RTSB moved to their own building at PT 4847, Jalan Panchor, Telok Kalong near TATIUC, TATI Production and TSTC. Provides a purpose-design training / examination centre which offers a full range of Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing and Radiographic Testing courses on almost continuos basis throughout the year.

 

In addition, a wide range of additional courses can be offered in association with Argyll-Ruane Ltd including Painting Inspection (ICorr), Radiographic Interpretation (PCN) and Welding Inspection (PCN). RTSB is also an examination centre working with Northen Test Centre United Kingdom offering a wide range of PCN and ICorr examinations.
